I’ve been a buyer. I bought my first condominium when I was just 22 – loaded down with student loans and a barely-making it salary. Later I bought my current home – in a 3 hour decision!
I’ve been a seller. When I sold the condominium, renovations were underway on the exterior. More than a year after moving out, and one tenant later, it finally sold.
I REALLY know condominiums. I spent several years as President of the condominium association. Under my watch, over $100,000 of repairs were planned, and one member was foreclosed on because of nonpayment of dues.

I’ve provided exceptional service to clients throughout my career. In the corporate world, my clients included marketing vice presidents, executive editors, and everyone else from the top to bottom of the company. My clients were worldwide, and I have held more than one conference call at 2 am to meet the needs of my clients in Singapore and Australia . Some former clients have contacted me, years later, just to chat!
I now serve the general public – anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. I am particularly honored to serve my friends and neighbors, and know your patronage is a sign of your trust in me.
Extensive Marketing Experience
My first job was at a well-respected branding and design firm. I consulted on projects for large corporations, such as American Express and American Family Insurance. Later, while working for the Pioneer Press’s online presence, I was able to participate in marketing efforts small and large, for the site, as well as partners and advertisers.
Negotiations
Throughout my career I have been able to negotiate rates and terms with some of the biggest and most powerful companies in the world, including IBM and some really nice Hollywood lawyers!
